Well folks!  We are really pleased to announce a brand new HotSpot at the Parliament Pub

JP, Ian and I installed it today in an historic building across from the Peace Tower on Wellington.

There were some acrobatics involved along a bronze guard rail loft high above some marble flooring, a 25 feet shaft drop, 200 feet of cable and lots of twists and turns though walls, washrooms, hallways, behind bars and such!  Do go over and enjoy itThe bar is a perfect working and meeting spot, Stanley has an incredible lunch menu, and the afternoons after the lunch rush and evenings are quiet and cozy. They are closed on the weekends but the pub has a great patio facing Canada’s Centre of power, and there are quite a few park benches where the signal reaches. A very mild signal can be received behind the gates on the hill!  When you go in, do thank the Staff and Stanley for welcoming this technology into their fine establishment.  Also here is a map to our other hotspots, if you have leads to hotspot somewhere else do not hesitate to contact us!

A couple gentlemen from Alabama visiting Ottawa took this picture.  We discussed how wonderful it is to freely walk up onto Parliament Hill, especially with a laptop with Wage Peace written all over it and not get asked a bunch of questions!  Freedom ay! Thanks KC!
